EXCERPT FROM RECENT E-MAIL:
I have been working in my new position in the communication department at the home office of AMF since the first week of July and am already so blessed by working with a team of other people in my field! I help gather stories for the AMF website and for the e!News newsletters and help manage other internal publications.
As far as the house ministry portion of my ministry: I have one confirmed fellow member of the house so far! Heidi has a deep love and compassion for people, has a servant's heart, and is passionate about being a part of a ministry that is focused on building relationships with other people. She has previously spent two years in India as a missionary and most recently was in Arizona working as a social worker. She has already moved out here to Philadelphia and is looking for a job as we continue the search for where God wants us to be in the city.
Please pray that God would lead us to the section of Philadelphia where HE wants us to live/minister and lead to the people who should join us in the house. We also need patience for the process as we trust God in all of the daily details.
